		<description>Hi James. You&#039;ve done a good job of encapsulating many of the challenges NGOs face when trying to engage in social media. I suspect many of these challenges are the same for non-profits, although they will have significantly larger budgets at their disposal and therefore will not face the same resource constraints. 

In fact, resource constraints - that is, time and money - is probably the biggest challenge for NGOs universally. I&#039;d love to hear your thoughts on how NGOs can overcome this particular constraint when trying to engage with online communities. The ideal, of course, if for online communities to be mostly self managed, but how to engage with these communities in the first place, and how to keep them engaged with the organisation?</description>
